During the beginning of the real estate downturn in the 2007, Quantum’s developed it’s REO practice into a nationwide asset management initiative at the request of a smaller financial institution clients due to their growing need for national expertise with REO properties.  Since that time the REO Asset Management division of Quantum has rapidly expanded and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of REO properties in most of the major markets through its proprietary national network of seasoned and professional real estate agents.
