Chris Losquadro
Chris Losquadro is a senior real estate advisor with more than 30 years of industry experience. As the founder of Quantum Realty Advisors, Inc., he serves as the firm’s Principal Broker and Managing Director.
Before establishing Quantum, Chris held corporate real estate officer roles with several brokerage and investment firms, where he specialized in workouts and the disposition of complex mortgages and challenging properties.
Throughout his career, Chris has provided real estate services to some of the nation’s leading financial institutions and asset management companies. Beyond assisting clients with property management, acquisitions, and investment analysis, he has been directly involved in the sale of over $500 million in real estate transactions and more than $1 billion in advisory services.
Chris earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida since 1997 and holds several professional designations, including Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Charitable Real Estate Specialist (CRES).
In addition to his professional achievements, Chris is deeply engaged in his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the East Coast Estate Planning Council (ECEPC) and Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast. He is also an active member of the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council (PBCEPC).

Amy Losquadro
Amy Losquadro leads Quantum’s Residential & Luxury Home Division, where she oversees the marketing and management of all locally assigned estate-owned, corporate, and conventional residential listings. With a career in real estate dating back to the mid-1990s, Amy is widely recognized as one of northern Palm Beach County’s top real estate professionals.
In addition to serving individuals and families, Amy has successfully represented prominent institutions, including the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), JP Morgan Chase, IBERIABANK, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Fay Servicing, Bank of America, and Nationstar Mortgage Corporation.
Over the course of her career, Amy has personally completed more than 850 real estate transactions. Even through some of the most challenging market cycles of the past few decades, she has maintained an exceptional success rate of over 95% on listed properties. Highly regarded in the northern Palm Beach County market, Amy consistently earns 5-star client reviews on Zillow.com.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and has completed graduate-level coursework toward her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Florida Atlantic University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida.
